The History
Founded in 2011, Crewstone International is a Private Equity Management Corporation registered and regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia. Established by Izmir Mujab and Datuk Wira Jalilah Baba, the firm began as a financial advisory company focused on capital raising and deal structuring for Malaysian businesses. Over time, Crewstone has grown into a dynamic private equity firm, expanding its scope to asset management and strategic private investments across high-potential sectors.

Selected as one of 8 fund managers under the Dana Penjana Nasional Programme, with the Malaysian government matching up to RM 600M for funds raised, aiming for a total allocation of RM 1.2B

Backed PKT Logistics Group, a related company valued at over RM1 billion and one of Malaysia’s leading logistics players.
2024
