We are pleased to announce our plans to establish the Diversified Gold Fund L.P., a proposed investment vehicle that will integrate sustainable energy investments alongside gold and precious metals. As part of this initiative, Crewstone International is collaborating with Semarak Renewable Energy (“SeRenE”), a key player in Malaysia’s renewable energy sector, as a Limited Partner in the fund.
The fund’s formation is currently in progress, following the recent announcement of a Memorandum of Agreement (“MoA”) between SeRenE and Megamas Resources. This collaboration focuses on developing advanced, fuel-efficient multi-cable-laying and repair vessels for offshore renewable energy projects. Crewstone International intends to provide financial expertise to support this initiative and will structure the Diversified Gold Fund L.P. to integrate sustainable investment opportunities.
Through its role in the fund, SeRenE will lead investments in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure, ensuring alignment with global ESG principles. This includes financing projects that improve energy efficiency in mining operations and supporting innovative offshore energy solutions.
